1. First of all, he quality of education has to be improved. This can be done only by improving the quality of teaching/teachers in the education. The quality of teachers can be achieved only when we recruit devoted/meritorious teachers. Meritorious teachers can be recruited only when we do not compromise with MERITS. MERITS can breathe only where there is no discrimination with them on the basis of RESERVATION, CORRUPTION etc. Only this way, we can promote internationalization of education.

IISER's BS-MS student should be pushed to teach in High Schools with greater salary (as a lab-scientist). He would suppose to estalblish and run the science labs(which are closed) in High Schools. This way H.S Students get in contact with IISER(scientists) student and IISER student will get a job. If salary = Rs.70,000 per month # teacher in one school = 3(P,C,B) # model high School in a district =5(avg) # distric in india = 640 Total cost in salary for 1 year = 806 crore(for INDIA)

IISERs have a high Reputation in International Floor but particularly IISER-Mohali is not active to make any collaboration with internation Institutes. Even in Convocation It doesn't invite President, PM etc but some unknown "BIG" Scientist. Tell the IISER-M to behave according to its power. (actually it z behaving like just a better university. It doesn't know its level itself(which is high although).

HELLO FRIENDS PL.VISIT:http://letscareforeducation.blogspot.in/ I HAVE A DREAM, THAT A DAY WOULD COME, WHEN EVERY LEARNER WOULD BE CHERISHED, CREATIVITY WOULD BE WORSHIPED, INNOVATIONS WOULD NOT BE ON THE PAGES OF HISTORY, IMAGINATION WOULD ENCIRCLE THE GALAXY, EVERY DREAM WOULD BE FULFILLED, EVERY FRONTIERS WOULD BE CONQUERED, IDEAS WOULD WORTH TO LIVE AND DIE FOR AND THE STRONGEST WEAPON FOR WHICH A COUNTRY WOULD BE KNOWN WILL BE ITS EDUCATION AND NOT THE NUCLEAR WEAPON!

There is no Qualified Faculty appointed in colleges. There are lot of Qualified Professional Unemployed candidates waiting for jobs. Kindly develop a mechanism of absorbing Professional Unemployed candidates(PUC) into our colleges and universities. PUC Cannot wait(stay idle) for long period of time, i.e why PUC are leaving the country and going in search of jobs to overseas.

We all want our children to get the best education. Unfortunately, our universities do not figure in the top 200 in world. Students aspire to go abroad for good learning. Govt. must aim to upgrade our curriculum, teaching-learning methods, transparency in exams, feedback on teaching and ranking of all colleges and universities. Continuing education and upgradation and research amongst faculty should be compulsory. Exam system should be drastically changed to objective from subjective.
