Sir,In our times no body guided us for the career path which we should choose class 10th.This is a great lacuna in our education policy. I want that there should be an aptitude test one at class 5th and another at class 8th standard. So by the time student comes out after class 10th, he or she is mentally well prepared for the career path. More over if it is decided after class 5th then it is best because there are schools which take students from class 6th onward e.g Sainik, Sports, Music etc

In respect of solid and liquid waste management a blue print has been prepared for township and metropolitan cities taking in to account emplyment for unemployed youth. Instead of big projects waste management for 100 tons of solid waste and 30mgd of liquid waste to be targeted which would reduce pollution in rivers and would reduce transportation of solid waste and liquid waste for long distances. This can be discussed if need be and executed across India invoving states

Respected sir Our new education policy should be somewhat related to the Indian as well as the World Culture. Students should be provided with best quality digital equipments to study so that they could be provided with good quality education. The fees of the educational institutes should be reduced so that more and more students could get best quality education. A major emphasis on the education related to Agricultural courses ,defence policy, music ,dance ,theatre & art/craft should be there.

Hamare desh me sirf theory knowlg de jati hai mujhe lgta hai ki ek sub practical pe hona chahiye. Jisme use chote mote work se le kar bade bade business kaise kiye jate hai ye sikhaya Jaye.Aaj bacha 12th pass ho jata hai par use pta nhi hota ki ab mai aage kya karu.Aise sikcha kis kam ki.Practical siksha do jisse bacha 12pass kar hi aisa confidence le aaye ki ab wo aage apne dum pe kuch kar sake.

Respected sir , now a days it is observed that for application fee various exams is increased to an amount where one will be demotivated to pursue that carrier . Take an example GATE exam which is conducted for R & D its fee is raised 200-300Rs each time , like that for NET exam the fee is increased by more than 200 % this time ,so can it encourage a poor student to apply ? So please consider & do the needful.

As a student myself, I believe that we are concentrating too much on the theory of a subject. It often happens that we aware of the theory, but not able to apply it in practical situations. To tackle this problem, more practical classes should be introduced, and the focus of exams should shift from testing theory knowledge to concept application. Also, in practical classes, infrastructure should be upgraded to make sure that a single apparatus is handled by only 1 student.

Increase time for practical classes in HE. This is very important, our culture teaches us that some work is below us, this has to be removed all students must learn important life skills in HE. Talk to companies and ask what skills they need and incorporate this into HE.
