Skill Development is definitely an value add in current education system but declaration on papers is not going to help. In every faculty there should be compulsion of practical experience in gradulate programs. Private sectors should come forward to take trainees for experience and degree should be give once you successfully complete the trainings. It is true that current education system only give theoretical knowledge on subject which is not useful to earn livelihood.

The complaint about brain drain is unjustified keeping in mind the exploitation with respect to salaries in India. Promotions should be made on the basis of capabilities and not on the basis of seniority like government organizations in India. Skills are not utilized properly here and salary increases on the basis of seniority and not talent. We need RTI to ensure the government works properly for creating infrastructure, else our taxes will keep rising to compensate for the poor.

integrating skill development with higher education is very tough task for the policy makers. Right now our engineers are degree holders but not acceptable in the market. So, there should be compulsorily 3 years training in addition to six months project. This will give hope to the students and give maximum to the organisation where they impaneled with. In IT field we found, after two years of experience, more IT and ITES companies come forward to intake them.

Presently pursuing my 12th science in biology from guj board.Presently there are around 1200 govt. free medical seats for nearly 55500 students appearing current year in guj.The remaining all are self financed and management seats.Recent articles and surveys have depicted that there is a vacancy of around 40% of total doctors in guj gov hospitals. So it is a high alarming time for gov to focus on increasing gov free seats, otherwise it would be such that only rich people could afford doctorate.

In Education field, there is a need to streamline and integrate the admission process at all levels. Today students are forced to file applications in multiple universities, boards and take multiple entrance exams. If there is an integrated approach centralised admission for all state/ central/ private institutes through a common exam and admission process, there will be a huge saving of time money and energy, and most importantly it will be hassle-free one-stop approach.

When we ask for Skills, we need to inculcate the 'Skillful Temperament' among students and teachers. Students should be allowed to learn and experiment. Teachers must stop being sage-who create a cage- rather teachers should be filters to guide them to skills not just bookish content.

Why to make Govt.in J & K at the terms of PDP? They want normal relation with Pakistan. It is surprising that they do not know that Pakistan has betrayed us several times. We did so much to save their life during flood. Our jawans has sacrificed their life. Nothing moves them. Now also they do not want to remove article 370 and come to main stream. PDP appears to be anti national.
