Laboratory work should be increased in the classroom learning.Whichever the student learn in curriculum ,he should be able to reproduce the same in practical life problems.

Skill development should be taught along with an understanding of the politics of the economic and the moral questions involved in work. Students should also be taught to inquire into whether various kinds of work improve justice and ecological sustainability. They should be able to understand how exploitation and manipulation takes place and also how good organizations are built which respect employees and weave them together to excel. They must also learn safeguards against unfair practices.

Integrating skill development in higher education must be implemented in the schools there should be extra classes once in a week at least or during summer vacations to enhance the inner ability , skills of the youth.

Higher Secondary schools are to be upgraded as community colleges so as to impart skill training and to conduct certificate and diploma courses in skill development courses .

Skills development is a major theme and that we need to work towards integrating it in our education policy, curricula and teacher training.

Skill education should be emphasised in schools and children should be attracted towards vocational courses by generating employment in these fields so that except studies slso they can earn a good living
