Exams shall be talking of more about implementation and applicability of theories rather than just descriptive facts. Students should not be taught rather should be made to experience what they are actually expected to do in the working environment. Skills development is a major theme and that we need to work towards integrating it in our education policy, curricula and teacher training.

children in senior classes should be taught some kind of vocational skill, which in later life can be beneficial for the child. vocational skills should be given priorty in schools than subjects

Higher Secondary schools are to be upgraded as community colleges so as to impart skill training and to conduct certificate and diploma courses in skill development courses .

in the curricullam and school timetable vocational subjects should be given weightage as it is going to give a practical view to the child and help him in earning his bread also
