(ii) Use of innovations for tracking of food grains across the supply-chain
(iii) Confirmation of receipt and distribution of food grains at FPS and its accountal for subsequent allocations
(iv) Fixing of accountability and responsibility at all levels
(v) Use of IT for managing the supply chain operations - godown operations (inventory management, release orders, truck challans, etc) - payment by FPS dealers (electronic challans, use of payment gateway, etc.)

III Delivery at the Last Mile

To secure the supply chain, online system should be used in such a way to add third party person as witness. While receiving the load, the authorized person needs to acknowledge the received quantity in the presence of common third person. We can follow this process till the load reaches the ration shops. In ration shops the shop authorized person should receive the load infront of school teacher+common person+others..Thus the supply chain will add the audit process at each and every levels.

There is need to break nexus between FCI and Brewing industry. Sacks of grain is intentionally not being transported in time. It gets rotten. Using typical bureaucratic justification, it is surreptitiously being diverted to brewing industry for production of alcohol. An old estimate reveals that almost 6 million tons are being diverted to brewing industry

Nagar nigam elections, parshad and mahapaur go every possible home be it a jhuggi or a bungalow, and ASKS FOR VOTE! After elections, they just forget people..can't they make a record of people BPL in their ward and make the ration available to beneficiaries?? Is it that tough for a parshad to do this small thing?? This way, govt's burden will decrease and also TPDS will also be ensured. If all parshad of all wards do that,i don't think so its tough to strengthen the TPDS and food security...

Suggestion for Bus Transport Service. If every bus, setup with GPS system and tracking system to be developed for each Bus station which has big display or Kiosk(Computer for Passengers) or Website or Mobile Application to track the bus status live than it will so much useful and time saving to all passengers for trip planning. Also this system attract the people to use general bus transport service.
