Transparency and accountability are most important in higher education scenario. It is the need of the hour for the Govt to review university set ups and see if these two aspects can be implemented.

I thought More practical study must have increase so a student can have some simple idea about his work field. The faculty selection must have best transparent. Instead giving of scholar ship to caste, Religion (Small in Numbers) wise rather than to be needed Financially. Eg. One General caste student have talent to clinch the top position but for financial probe he can't do it but One ST student have not talent but have money so he can make higher study but he has no quality to do his job.

New NCTE norms 2014: It have the faculty qualification for B.Ed., programme not satisfied with the UGC norms and regulation. In New NCTE 2014 norms the faculty qualification is only PG with M.Ed., or PG with MA Education. But UGC norms is PG with M.Ed., and NET or Ph.D in particular subject is the basic qualification. Pls modify the assistant professor qualification for B.Ed., programme as per the UGC norms. Pls modify the above mentioned issue the new NCTE norms 2014

Govt must introduce a single regulator for Higher education which will focus more on outcomes rather than on inputs. It should become an enabler of a world class higher education system and strive to focus on a disclosure based regime where all instituitions will be mandated to disclose information in a particular format. It should not strive to become a license raj in th higher education sector. Also it license multiple accredication agencies competent to rate and rank HEI's

The Nation Education Policy must be introduced. This is the need of time. Thanks to Government. My suggestions are as below. 1. A common syllabus should be there in All India for all state Boards, CBSE or ISE etc. 2. Third language should be there but mark must not be counted for this only let the student study them as per their choice. This included Sanskrit, English, German, French or any Indian language. 3. Moral education must count from Primary till Post Graduation and PHD level, after our moral will make this country great. 4. History also not to be taught as main course and its marking must not be counted. The History must be only for the learning from past. No need to remember what Mugal did or who was Mahan, because of this history we still fight in society. So just for learning. 5. There should be freedom to choose any subject at any class. If someone reading Biology in 9th Class now at 10th standard someone wants to study and appear in the exam with Mathematics. He or she must be allowed. 6. In the examination the questions must be asked from the same text book not from the outside the text book. 7. First 1 hour session must be for physical activities then after the study. 8. Every week a period must be taken by Local administration like Collector, Traffic Police, Doctor, bank officer, engineer this will give a boost to the student and will have a lot of advantages, because they can see their future in their front. 9. Remove study about History etc this is nonsense study and taking our future into past. Thank you Chandra Shekhar Pant

There should be a parents forum in every school whether a government or public schools and all the parents of student should be a member of it. There representative should be involved in school management and their views should be included in schools day to day activities

There should be requirement of having behaviour issue management in school. Instead of complaining to parents about child behaviour they should provide opportunities to their students to overcome the behaviour issue in the school itself with the help of parents. Also there is need to have some skill development along with the formal education.
