Points: 1. There need to be a strong regulator with almost all the powers for intervene and correction. The regulator will form not the 'minimum' standards but the 'standards of excellence'. 2. Regulations must be based on law of justice rather than law of equity or fairness. 3. PPP or any other form of private sector partnership should not create 'commodification and/or commercialization' of higher education.

In order to get a quality teacher and technical professional, reservation on education must be removed .Reservation in education make them laggard and reduced their focus since they think that they don't require to read much more to get a college . If gov. want to help poors students they should be given a financial help instead of cast reservation. Poor family are in all categories. thank you.

Database of teachers and students, school-wise, district-wise & state-wise should be developed & maintained. As far as possible, a decent/logical and uniform students to teacher ratio should be maintained. Skilling of teachers at periodic interval should be made compulsory. Sports should be made a part of school & college education. Uniform curriculum should be developed & implemented throughout the country in all schools, private as well as public.
