Bring the regulator either under the ambit of a Lokpal or subject them to a social audit that assesses their performance on a periodic basis. The audit team must be comprised of people who have no links to the political parties or the govt in power and its findings must be made public. It must be binding on the govt of the day to either act on those recommendations or to explain why they can not be acted upon within a stipulated time frame

Unless- until we'll aim at providing 'equal(ly good)quality education to all' through 'neighborhood school concept' as per idea promoted by A Sadgopal & like minded educationists with nationalization of all Edu. Institutions i.e. no luxurious /pvt.schools for rich class children & children of poor parents will also study with children of rich/VIP's; the inequality will go on increasing & strengthening. let's start true Gandhian Socialism by equating all schools, with same quality resources

By ensuring higher supply and better quality we will reduce the number of Indian students going abroad due to lack to quality and enough supply in our institutions. This will also enable India to become a destination for quality higher education for other country people like today's USA, UK and Australia. 2/2

Create one Education regulator like TRAI for telecom. Do away with UGC, AICTE and others. Create clear guidelines for privates institutions in education from Primary to University level. Create level playing field for Hindus for starting and running institutions. Let all religious institutions like Temples and Charitable Institutions start and run all types of educational institutions. This will ensure higher supply and better quality. 1/2

CBSE schools in Gulf lack qualified teachers. Students are coached by parents or private tuitions. The stress on parents and students are more, especially for those appearing for Board Exams. We would be thankful if CBSE looks into this issue seriously and appoint qualified teachers.
