Quality of college libraries is one area we should seriously look into. This includes weeding out the old literature and adding new books regularly, something like a digital library for all NITs and IITs together.

DDA says that higher institutes can only be run from Educational Zones only. But sorry to say that in rural areas of Delhi, there is no Educational Zones and Higher Education Institutes can not be opened. So Higher Education Institutes should be permitted in rural area without the boundation of Education Zones in rural area for the development of Delhi Citizens.

Many institutes have not been opened and many running college have been closed in rural area even in Lal Dora due to wrong regulation because DDA had not provide them regularization certificate due to corruption in North west Delhi. for example B. K. Institute of Education and Technology was kept under no admission criteria due to lack of regularization certificate which was applied and is pending for more than 3 years after applying in DDA.
