water becoming very scarce it is imperative for us to water management either at community level and individual level We should encourage people to go for water harvesting namely Roof top harvesting. Rain water go to drains which is useless. If we could create this responsibility at individual level we can easily achieve at community level.......

Dear Honorable Prime Minister, In our cities lakhs of liters potable water is wasted. If our waste water in cities could be recycled for non potable use, we will have sufficient water left for areas with water scarcity. Also if sea water can be recycled for non potable purpose like construction, industrial use. MIDC wastes potable water for industrial use. Installing water filtration systems in rural areas to provide clean water 24 x 7. I wish to work with BJP Maharashtra govt in this area.

Rainwater harvesting should be adopted nationwide. While building new houses, the law says to use rainwater harvesting, but in real sense is not done. Just on paper. Like Gujrat we should motivate public through mass com.

Yes, i would like to share my thoughts on this topic,As i m from very dry place from tamilnadu,i know how much important is watershed management. Most of the south most tamilnadu facing the drinking water problem. During rainy season north part of india flooding at the same time south part getting dried we couldnt able to bring the water to south, I think it can be come true once we join the rivers in india. Why not.
