Government should care about the most alienated part of the society w.r.t. benefits i.e., Middle class because it cannot speak about the problems and just have to face it without any help

Till the vaccine reaches to major ppl ,govt need to cut down expenses of governance also , if reqd including lay off some employees also ,& expense wherein govt spending on govt projects or infra projects or govt grants , or govt subsidies , or overall govt spending prorate to govt income of taxes collection , if reqd amend the budget released last year ,and in next year budget reduce cost on devlopment ,which will ease off stress of collecting less taxes or stress of transfering gst to state ,

As covid19 affects lungs, do we have any guidelines issued for CT scan of lungs? In one known case, a patient has to be readmitted, and infection in lungs noticed in CT scan. This also raise a doubt about RT-PCR test efficacy. It is requested to review above aspect and issue guidelines for CT scan for patients specially for those who have been put on oxygen or on ventilator.
