When the general public especially the poor are suffering most during the pandemic due to various restrictions any governance can be called good only if government servants are also paid at least 5o% of their normal salary. Instead I find in a most callous insensitive way govt is paying more through DA, and LTC and all sorts of gifts. It is terrible to say the least .

Usually pandemics create panic and our media amplifies the panic manifold. Also death due to many comorbidities get blamed on the pandemic . So govt should inform the public only about the excess death rate over and above what is expected normally to happen in that state or region had there been no pandemic. I found that this number is nearly zero in most of the places most of the weeks during the covid 19. This excess can also correctly show where and what measures to take instead of panicking.

Government is doing good work on digitization. Unemployed citizens should get some job based on their skills.

Government is already working on digitization of office records/files/papers. Instead of giving this task to corporate companies, please give it citizens who have good technical qualifications. Those staying at home should get employment opportunities by Government. You can design certificate programs on digitization process which will be cleared by the candidates who wants this task.

In many countries across the world there are changes due to this pandemic session. As being analysed present global institutions and development frameworks have been caught on the wrong foot as the virus struts about globally with a devious mind of its own. Developing and low-income countries are currently on course for a deep dive with respect to all growth and development indicators at least for the next three quarters, if not for a whole year.
