The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Honourable PM Modi Ji, I appreciate very much that you have lit up a lamp to light up the darkest corridors of the CGO Complex! But, that's not enough to spread enough light to ensure the ultimate transparency in the functioning of your team. Your personal attention and monitoring can bring in much of the desired results. The recent decision on the drug policy is surely an example of the darker domains within the CGO corridors, where dwells the deadliest of the demons!!

it is just the wastage of tax payers money.

Regional Sentiments, Seperatism, Social Unrest, Anti-national activities..... and more... These are all products promoted by discriminative governance .... ..brutal denial of facilities and services to a section of people of the country.... The Government of India must convince the people of Kerala the logic of not sanctioning a single AIIMS to the state vis-à-vis to sanctioning SIX in a single lot to UP. The govt must do away with the "मेरे बच्चे, तेरे बच्चे" regime!! मेरा भारत महान!!

Today"s need is to clean India physically, mentally and spiritually. Without spiritual development human progress will be incomplete because in this long gap of independent India the leaders of ruling parties except Atal ni"s time they kept the people in dark and caring for livelyhood only. Even then they did not do that. Now this is right time for the country to think in this direction and I also propose to clean mind and brains of the countrymen to think first for the country.

The Government of India has recently passed orders for decontrolling prices of essential drugs. And ..... the government must come forward to convince its people to whom's favour it (govt) did so? The people of India?? The USA-based multinational drug giants??? It is difficult think that our Government (of India) is "FOR THE PEOPLE" Honourable PM Modi Ji must take personal interest in the matter "Swasth Bharat" is also as important as "Swachch Bharat"

To prevent lobbying amongst High Court judges for being elevated to Supreme Court, retirement-age of High Court judges should be at par with that of Supreme Court judges at 65 years as at present. To eliminate chances of influence by local relations and former bar-colleagues, all High Court judges should be from outside home-states.

There have also been cases when a CJI remained on post merely as a formality during long court-vacations. Providing extra-long tenures to a CJI under present seniority-based system deprives many good judges a chance to serve as country’s Chief Justice. A roaster-system can be formulated whereby judges of Supreme Court may hold post of CJI for one year by rotation according to seniority.
