Respected Sir/All, I have been an admirer of all sports since I can remember, probably due to my upbringing. However today sadly and unfortunately what I see/hear is that most sports organisations are buried in red-tapism and corruption. Even for a private person to conduct a sports meet, one needs to pay some 'fees'. Most sports bodies are filled with politicians or businessmen and not sportsmen who can actually contribute. Would be good if you could give some thought to this and best changed.

Open it for citizens and start organising sports events for schools, universities, colleges. Make it available for corporate sport events. Electric based mini vehicles can also be run from metro station to pick and drop kids specially girls. Stadiums must be given to society so that future sportsmen nd women can be groom.

Partner with major sporting nations. Let us take the best ideas, quality training programs, awareness and development programs, sports infrastructure from them, and implement here, that suits our needs

Parents, children, school, local neighborhood communities must be encouraged to take up Olympic sports by sustained awareness campaigns and incentives, like recognitions in schools or something more meaningful. Build enough facilities and all such facilities must be closer to schools and local neighborhood communities for easy access by parents and children during weekdays and weekends. Establish contact groups between sports administrators with schools, colleges, neighborhood communiites etc.

For sports development, the government should not build huge stadiums. Rather, it should build best of class, but small size stadiums, with seating area of not exceeding 1,000 people, less or may be even none, because the purpose is to build facilities for development programs and daily, regular training. The facilities must be very well maintained. Large stadiums need to be confined to a few, in key locations, with size varying, depending on type of sports, and national/ intl competitions

Respected Pm sir-Sport ko every school ke syllabus me shamil hona chahiye.every city me 1km ke around ek bada sport ground wirh staff jarur hai.every school ko 1lady +1jents sport teacher must be kept. Every dostricts ko by order sport championshp karaye quaterly or in 6 month. City mayor or vidhayak apne fund ka 20/cent actual use sport ko badhane me kare. Har jile ki 6 monthly sport report signed by BDO or Collector and vidhayak or mayor to be submitted to state sport deptt and to Cm also.

Kyo na Skill development ke liye Age wise group bana kar Small & Big industry ke Andar Training Centre with Education center Open kare . Jsase waha se study kiye ko Job asani se mil jaye. Isme Bharat Sarkar ka " Zila Udog Centre " and "Employment Office" ke sayata se ho sakta he. Isse har gorup me ek saath students tayair hoge aur Make in India me Role Karage. Saath hi Abhi

Winning medals in Olympic sports and bringing glory for the country is the new way of establishing the honor and prestige of the country in the modern world. India must not lose sight of it and must do its best to be part of the group of world's leading sports nations

15. Normal education for sports persons, vocational skills training will be important for parents to send children to take training in various Olympic sports.Germany has a good model for integrating education with sports training for its development and elite programs in football and may be for other Olympic sports as well. We can study that and use it for our own programs
