13. A number of best of class sports medicine and rehabilitation centers must be set up around the country (starting with all Tier-1 cities and major sports hubs). Adequate insurance coverage and funding must be made available for sports injury treatment and rehabilitation 14. Education and English language/ speaking skills must be given importance, as it is important & must be integrated along with sports training.

Awareness must also reach local neighborhood levels to send children to various facilities and participate in summer camps. 12. Summer camps must be followed by weekend camps for interested children, in order to keep the momentum going and for continuous improvement

Summer camps, which initiate children to Olympic sports must be well synchronized between national coach and facilities at ground level everywhere else in the country. Summer camps, coaches names and administrative contacts must be published online in advance with clear reference in print media and TV channels to draw attention to parents and children. Govt. needs to send communications to schools to encourage parents and children to participate in summer camps.

11. Get best coaches from within the country and from around the world. Let there be a solid line of sight between national head coach, and coaches at the state level. Head coach at state level must have a solid line of sight to the district level, schools, colleges and Universities. Coaching policies, practices must be well synchronized from the national head coach to the district/school/ college/ University level. Have enough quality online tutorials for different users, even for children

8. Good facilities like hostels, adequately nutritious diet, and supplements, and management of such facilities to maintain standards (take cue from other nations where this works well) 9. Strong anti-doping measures and age group monitoring 10. Facilities, sports infrastructure, whch are best of class, but modular, which can be expanded as needed and also well maintained

There will be proportionate representations from ex-athletes, solid administrators, corporate sponsors, govt. representatives, national head coaches in the administrative body.

7. Management and administration at all levels by sports loving, unbiased people of repute, who will put sports above themselves, and who will have a maximum of 2 terms, with each term of 4 years (starting from end of an Olympic Games - within 3 months after the end of Olympic Games. Officials will have to face election after 4 yrs when they will be voted by electorate of current athletes, ex-national and international athletes, sponsors, Govt. representatives and sports journalists

4. Talent screening by unbiased spotters, who will only use data, and keep an audit trail, to select talents for advanced/ elite programs 5. Coaches, Trainers and Athletes Centers of Excellence, like the US Olympic Center in Colorado Springs or in UK or Germany 6. Govt. funding and Private sponsorship

I will talk only about Olympic sports as it brings more glory for the country. There are a few key aspects to Olympic sports development in the country. 1. Create awareness and introduce kids and children to Olympic sports at a very early age 2. Technically flawless (can't teach wrond stuff at any stage) coaches, fitness trainers and nutritionists 3. Good, functional facilities matching international standards for each level of sports development programs
