Sports Authority of India (SAI) has five Stadia in Delhi viz. Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Swimming Pool Complex and Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Ranges. The sprawling Stadia were built for 1982 Asian Games and were later renovated/ reconstructed for the Commonwealth Games-2010 and have potential to generate revenue by way of organising sports and non-sports events.

Here are my suggestion: 1. Organize more sports competition at schools and college level. 2. Promote other sports like football, hockey, basketball 3. Provide annual fee based passes to community around. So that they can use it for morning/evening jog. Everyone want to go to clean places for morning run. 4. Setup world class gym/tennis/table tennis/basket ball/clubs facilities here. People can join them based on membership. 5. During major events off course these facilities will be closed

Dear Sir , I Belong to Sports Production and will share this with my friends to get more views on this . But mean while what we have felt is that we should have mandatory events at all levels and there finals should be exposed properly . Means played at Stadiums and atleast some Tv coverage for them . This will not only expose talent but also would give chance to SAI to get revenue out of it. We should Start Athletics and Other Sports Competition at Very Junior Level .

make it mandatory for sports stadiums to have local community, within the radius of 5km to 10km, to play in these stadiums.....not to win medals but to cherish to play, cherish to feel part of it, feel to enjoy next door stadium....building community feeling and inspiring local community to play in these small, medium and mega stadiums. you are build brand value within. And second advise is transfer metro officials to work in remote locations outside metros/big cities every 5 years for nxt 5 yrs

Dear Modiji, Special sports events can be made from district level to national level accommodating only unemployed athletics and sports men and women with the support of industry sponsors. And let us make sure that all top 10 performers of all sports items get permanent employment and a huge fund created by the sponsorship to generate revenue. But before that we should make a clean face for SAI which have a bad smell of corruption for last many years. We can not forget Mr. Kalmadi very easily.

Offer memberships to people promising VIP tickets/passes whenever there is a match. A lucky draw where people purchase lottery tickets to dine with their favorite sports personality. Ask senior players in various sports to come together for a national cause, organize an event, and the proceeds go to SAI.

26th January 2015 was a great day for our nation. All Indians who love our country had a boost in their confidence as a citizen of strong India. The Songs, Vande Matharam and Sare Jaham Se acha were heard in all railway stations in Mumbai. My humble request to our prime minister is that will you please suggest broadcasting such songs every day in all railway stations in India. I think it may help to create love towards our nation and confidence building in youth with out additional expenses.
