I think govt. should start the policy where by startup company/Entrepreneur can participate the govt. tender. there should be some mark where by if the person is educated and fulfilling govt. terms than he can apply and it will help youth to think about becoming a small business man.

get the help of gmail and facebook first, because everybody is having account on gmail(both official as well as non official) and facebook. Then slowly move to whatsapp account, collect data of users. Make a website for youth only where age limit set as 18-28. send users official requests to become part of nation building programme. giving users security also against hacking etc.

in sectors RWA bodies should be made to carry out a cleanliness drive atlest once in a week . it shouldnt be that they our doing this once in a month &that too on any occasion that too just for show. like this india would never be clean. these bodies should also try to involve children young or old in their drives. this also help in social gathering of people and creating a bond b/w them and in one way helping in UNITING our people

SIR , u can get a great control on the current deficit of our country by fixing the amount of gold a family can keep . especially ladies in india store tons of jewelley in their cases , if this gold is circulated within the it would give a great boost to our economy . moreover a lot of black money is store4d in form of gold . the govt. should make laws that in a family a male member cannot cannot buy gold of more than 200 gms and lady member can keep about 600gms U should also specify the ages
