“Freedom makes a huge requirement of every human being. With freedom comes responsibility. For the person who is unwilling to grow up, the person who does not want to carry is own weight, this is a frightening prospect.”

There should be survey from every constituencies / district level annualy to cross check number of youths participating actively or voluntarily involved in politics. Ofcourse there should be no pressure from either side . But this way of close monitoring will give enough inputs so as to know what exactly are the expectaions of youth joining politics and not able to join the politics.

I think the best way would be if the representatives of governments ,existing politicians, themselves start motivating youth while delivering their speech and visiting their constituencies If they can plan it properly and monitor this activity , there will be substantial increase in the participation and those who will participate will participate with the courage and with the faith that a proper guidance they will get , developement will happen far speedily than what we are witnessing today .

The youth of India today want an opportunity to participate in a government that really values the voice of every individual, that respects all cultures, values and religion. For instance, the ruling government has decided to hold a Governance Day on December 25 in honor of a few ppl whose birthday falls on that day. This is a clever scheme to hurt the sentiments of ppl who celebrate Christmas with their families and thereby the youth would not whole heartedly participate in Governance day.

Theoretically we learn giving and receiving bribe is wrong. But practically we were taught, nothing can be done with out compliments and gifts. "bribe is there every where in the world - ie to get some thing done beyond the rules or for some thing the official has to take some risk - But here I feel ashamed to see people getting bribe for doing their own job for which they get (salary) paid for, from our tax money. our people are so efficient and talented but moving out of country choicelessly.
