paper cup and plates can be promoted.
Motivate peoples to keep cup, glass and plate in their vehicles.
So as require they can use it. Vehicles dealers can provide new design cup and plates to keep in car and two wheelers. Car manufacturer asked to install such options in their cars. I am open for detail discussion.

My new ideas : Govt. plastic carry bag should launch. 10Rs. 20 Rs. 50 Rs. Bag can available in market. peoples will use if need and again sell it to other peoples. I am open for detail discussion. 2. Carry bag fashion show. No tax on carry bag of non-plastic products. I Have written one lyric in hindi language which will promote people to keep personal carry bag.
New type of carry bag should design. Double purpose like Cap and carry bag. purse and carry bag.

The thing should not be end with a legal declaration of ban of plastic carry bags, but it should be supervised strictly. And for that there shall be an authority under Green Tribunal.

Option 1 : Stop manufacturing plastic carry bags and other products.
Option 2 : If curb on production is not possible for whatever reasons, increase the cost inordinately so that consumption reduces
Option 3 : Paper bags or low cost cloth bags to be promoted. Like in Kashmir every small shop keeper will hand over a cloth bag without charging extra.
Option 4 : Encourage discounts to be offered to the customers who are refuse to use carry bag.

put 10% environment tax to plastic carry bags and give 10% subsidy to environment friendly carry bags. public awareness advertisement on harmful effect of plastics. Use glass reusable bottles with a initial deposit to buy milk. Unify the bottle types of all soft drinks and make them reuse. Use paper jute leaves coir as alternatives. Give tenders to small scale industries so that it will be a income generator for so many people.#PlasticCarryBags

Sir, In my opinion there should be ban only on manufacturing of plastic bags. And a sincere effort should be made for a month to see that opened/operative units are closed. when there is no manufacturing there shall be no use also. Stricter fines/penalties like forfeiting of the manufacturing unit, and same should not be given back under any circumstances.
