First of all plastics bags must be strictly banned in all states. This gives a reason and hope to use cloth or jute bags. MAKE IN INDIA CAMPAIGN CAN BE USED TO MAKE CLOTH AND JUTE BAGS FACTORIES TO USE AS WELL AS EMPLOYMENT and one of the main reason is it must be available in every shop because last time that was only the problem for not being used... I HOPE U WILL THINK .....

Government is having a lot of money collected by cess which is used rarely. Most of the times it is transferred to some other department only.
That money can be used to give subsidy to jute bag manufacturers to reduce its price and to make them available for public use.

1.Encourage use of cloth bags while shopping.
2. Change all plastic materials in offices in Govt and private to coir,Bamboo, Jute products.
3.All waste plastic can be crushed and tried to be used in road contruction.
4.Encourage all people to buy eco friendly materials

Plastic is undistroyable material so like in other country we can dump all plastic for reuse or dump in a big wasteland area then it crushed by big spiny wheel buldozer and this buldozer convert this plastic in smaller part and mix with soil then this wasteland may use for any play ground, colony,or any building can construct in this area.

We can use jute bags and cotton bags in place of plastic bags but for that government needs to encourage people to make them and distribute them.
In place of plastic plates and cups we can use banana leaves and plates and cups made from other such leaves. This will help to increase employment in rural India. If encouraged properly it will really boost the rural economy.
