SIR, IF STATE OWNED OIL COMPANIES RUNNING IN LOSSES, THEN WHY THEY ARE PAYING SO HIGH SALARY, INCENTIVES, BONUS, PACKAGES TO THEIR EMPLOYEES IN-COMPARISON OF OTHER STATE OWNED COMPANIES.

I see news in newspaper that an RTI activist search that some Member of Parliaments are given 5 star hotel treatment for the alternate of their houses from may 2014 to till date. And these expenses are Rs 4000 to 6000 per day for the hotel only. expenses for Laundry, Food etc is not counted. Thus it is Philzool Kharchi of Govt. & Govt. should do needful about this. (My english is not good)

Indian Expendicture Commission should be formed to find and allocate funds to priority list of expenses.

There is various scheme for Government which provides incentives/ benefits for having two or less children. Time has come now to switch over to policy where such benefits are allowed only on having single child or two girl child only. This would check in population growth and also improve sex ratio besides check in expenditure.

Tax Officials of the Govt spend lot of their time and energy in scrutiny and assessments of Government owned undertakings / PSU. more particularly for income tax Assessments, wherein the Assessing Officers targets the PSU to achieve their revenue collection targets. This results in continued litigation from both ends of Governments and drain in Govt resources. Hence there should be summary Assessment of Government Owned companies, which shall save huge resources of govt.

While receiving a payment a revenue stamp of ₹ 1/- is required to affix on the receipt. The cost of printing,safe storage, supply, distribution must be more than ₹1/-. Please amend the central Act of Stamp Duty and Indian Evidence Act for the purpose. ₹1/-stamp is big headache to common man.

in trains, i have seen, lights are switched on even in morning, in one train, 3 hundred lights, for 12 hours glowing in morning, wastes huge money.....300 lights, and atleast 35000trains, ....if we switch off or use automatic system to switch off.....we can save atleast 1000crores for year....

Stop going to new projects until and unless one project is completed. so that liquidity of the nation can be increased.

Unless essential , hard copies of documents can be avoided for printing and soft copy may be used. Maintaining physical documents in addition to soft copies is essential under various statutory acts and maintaining the same for a period of 10 years for Income Tax is another thorn. Ideally we should look at accepting of soft copy(which can be saved as an uneditable document and duly certified by an appropriate authority and which can be used for all such audits .This results in saving of trees

Instead of fresh pads of paper being provided for govt. officials, one side used (non-confidential papers) can be used in ministries and secretariats to save paper and costs. The old technique of reusing the envelope after opening and folding inside out may be sued to reduce envelopes. More postcards to be used instead of paper and envelopes (atleast non-confidential correspondence can be carried out in this way) to reduce operational costs.
