We should revive the existing Government Industries which are having well established infrastructure and skilled employees but without any job. Just being paid for without any production. One of such industry is Indian Telephone Industry with different branches all over the country. We must utilise such available resources to their optimum capacity as these are created out of public money and can contribute for the development of the nation.

Modiji, All types of Trust be come under the law of Income Tax, let there be a separate slab for Trusts. This alone can contribute more than 90% of deficit financing .Bogous/ficticious trusts must be abolished .

Modiji, when there is a natural calamity the Central and States and other agencies releases crores and crores rupees for reconstruction and re habitation but it is unfortunate in our country the amount will not reach the needy at the same magnitude as suppose to be.Introduce bio metric with photo identity, make directly responsibility of DCs, Tehsidars,ACs,CEOs,AEOs,PDOs failing which they must be imprisoned for a minimum period of 5 -10 yrs and all their service benefits must be confiscated.

Modiji, all tenders must be made completed. No Political Party /State should encourage Price Escalations for their benefit. All Roads in India .may be taken over by NHAI for all purposes. This will reduce the Central Govts many procedures like allocation of fund to different State, releasing the same to States and sharing of collected taxes which in turn wastes money, time, etc.Efficient utilization can be done through CPWD.Hence empower CPWD BY CURBING States Neglegency and save People .

Modiji, when a Public Tender is announced and allocated for the lowest Bidder with Specific Period of Time to complete the said Projects must be completed in the Stipulated Time but for any Unnatural reason it the Specified Project is not completed then also THERE SHOULD NOT BE PRICE ESCALATION FOR COMPLETION OF PROJECT. This will bind the allotted individual/firm/coy to complete the project in time with the agreed specifications. If failed they should not be let go, as per all parameters .

Modiji, different types of Auditors as 5 - 6 types of Audit is going on but of no use as they are also getting their percentage of commission should be made punishable/Dismiss from Service is the only perfect for our country and made accountable. Suspension of PDO and Reinstating him/her will only increase the financial burden and no development can take place. This will reduce the stress on PDOs and boost their morale to do their duties promptly .It is our ill luck to have uneducated Presidents.

Modiji, the commission so raised in village panchyath levels has to reach up to under secretary of govt. Hence we have to design such a mechanism that there is no leakage for which the Central Govt has allotted.First of all No President of Village Panchayath should have cheque signing authority be made mandatory,Secondly all Payments be made through Bank only. When the allocated money has not met the goal instead of punishing and targeting the PDO the higher Officials like AEO.CEO,

Modiji, karnataka is the only State in which the President of village Panchyath has to sign the cheques the PDO,for all the payments of different projects like NREGA, NBA, SUVARNA GRAMA,RAJIV GANDHI NIGAM ,INDIRA AVAS YOJANA,13 FINANCE etc which are paid by the Central Govt.In practical Percentage of Commission is made compulsory because the PDO is helpless and can not resist if the Bills to be Paid, this corruption money is distributed among Audi tors of higher Bloc Officials, cont

To avoid night soil falling on to the track, in and near railway stations ,coaches can be fitted with a mechanism/system having stainless steel tanks /electrically or pneumatically operated valves/pipelines to hold it temporarily, can be installed. Once the train moves out of the station/city limits the stored night soil can be discarded, the controls for operating the valves can be located inside the engine cabin. Separate discharge points may be created, Trail can be conducted to results.
