Sir, I am working with government but my hear and soul thrives for rural India. We have done lot of research in various agricultural and allied streams but unfortunately it has not percolated down to villages. I suggest you to immediately set up a small model farm in every district. The farm should have model dairy, rain water harvesting system, fishry, electric generation by use of biogas, and organic farming in plastic houses. it will certainly act as a catalyst for rural growth

Sir, I am working in the government organisation. We have set up various administrative Tribunals for looking after the grievances of govt employees. Invariably not satisfied by the CAT order employee or the employer movers to high court and ultimately to Supreme court. Most of the employees retire with unsettled grievances. I suggest that every ministry should form a departmental committee to empeditiously look into grievance and courts should be relieved of the unnecessary burden.

Incorporating such programs in government operations and providing an outlay towards efficient processes can save thousands of rupees annually. As government is working on Labour Law reforms; a law should be made for all organizations (like ESIC & PF) having manpower more than 10/50 (anything) will ensure for transportation of employees/workers from home to workplace and vice versa in a common pool vehicle. This will result into increase in mass transportation and reduction in the fuel consumption/expenditure and air & noise pollution in environment.
