I think gov should provide high pay to govt employee to stop corruption in govt sector. Banks mein salary kam hai clerk 14 k officer 25 k manager 29 k posting 1300km officer ki clerk ki 100 km bechare rishwat nahi lenge to khana khane mandir jayenge kya... Kuch to socho modi ji nahi aise hi chalta rahega govt department mein.

Public Sector Enterprises are nominating consultants, agencies (of course using the guidelines/norms of financial powers of CEO, executive committee etc.) instead of inviting tenders, particularly in mega projects like power, cement, steel, etc. All financial powers above Rs. 1 cr. should be revoked and all such decisions made in last one year (about time it was known about the imminent change in powers) be probed. This will bring transparency and improve operational efficiency. Thank you.

There is a direct correlation between operational expenditure and the value of the enterprise, in that when the operational expenditure decreases, while maintaining the same level of production and quality, the overall value of the enterprise increases.

repeated laying down of road/ pavement i suggest all roads be given a code. then built the road, define their life. these records be kept with central/ state agency without whose consent the road cannot be rebuilt. the same system can be followed with other constructions

WHY DON'T THE CENTRAL GOVT, HELPS THE STATE GOVT. IN THE ARREST OF TAX REVENUE LOSS BY SHARING THE TECHNOLOGY. AS THE TECHNOLOGY IT SELF WAS BUILDED AND WORKING EFFICIENTLY IN INCOME TAX AS "TRACES". IF IT WAS APPLIED WITH LITTLE BIT "MODI"FICATION IT 100% DEFINITELY REDUCES THE TAX REVENUE LOSS.

I ALWAYS USE TO GIVE PRIME IMPORTANCE FOR THE OUT FLOW OF FUNDS, THEN THE INFLOW. WHERE THE OUT FLOW WAS NOT PROPERLY PLANNED, EXECUTED, THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF INCREASE IN INFLOW.
