Public expense involves delegation, hence heading to a commercial relation. Elected politicians can extract rents from presence in office, i.e., use some of the funds allocated to them to pursue their own interests, be it straight corruption, for perks, or simply futile. Voters might wish to eliminate the opportunity to extract rents by subjecting politicians to rules stipulating what they must do under stipulated conditions. But the need to react to future developments and results expected.

Inter Department and Intra Department Documents transfer to be carried by secure email systems only. Minimum use of Fax or Hard-Copy tranfer. If executed positively Paper costs in offices can be reduced drastically. At present an average office with 50 staff consumes upto ₹10lakh worth of paper in a financial year!

There are some very effective policies formulated in Government offices but very few are efficiently executed. Lets have a look at a small example. Stationary expenses probably form a major part of Budget allocations of all Govt. Offices. In this digital world it is quite embarassing to look at huge paper costs in offices. Now all govt officials have outlook/lotus/gmail ids so why do they still rely on FAX or Speed Posts?Secure Emails can be cost effective ways to transfer documents, info.

I am a big fan of yours. Would like to extend my support to you by sharing some of my thoughts on the package funds which are normally given to the states in case of natural calamities and disasters. Also in case of releasing funds for the states for various projects, government needs to have some mechanism in place that these funds get spent on the intended use and yield the intended results. May be a periodic report from the state govts and the people. Media can play a imp role in doing this.

 Coal mafia: Coal & Iron mines are government property, why don’t government should take the responsibility of coals & mines. Why government wants to give it to corrupt persons, no ore should go out of country. Purification should be made in India only.

Tatkal tickets on shorter train routes have become exorbitant. Here's why http://ibnlive.in.com/news/tatkal-tickets-on-shorter-train-routes-have-become-exorbitant-heres-why/486691-3.html In My Opinion instead of Generating revenue for the Railways this will definitely generate extra income for the Ticket Checkers
