Our city “LUCKNOW” ranks 3rd on the list of 23 high scoring cities selected for the “FAST TRACK” round.

To update our proposal in order to achieve the benchmark set by the MoUD and the winning cities, we APPEAL THE CITIZENS to engage and provide their suggestions in formulation of the Smart City Proposal for our city Lucknow, which is due to be submitted on April 15, 2016.

In persuasion to achieve the aforesaid, Lucknow Municipal Corporation and the consultants are in the process of upgrading the Smart City Proposal in-line with the requirements and suggestions from the citizens.

The Smart City proposal submitted to MoUD on December 15, 2015 can be accessed through the mentioned link below. Lucknow Municipal Corporation aims to engage citizens for comments and suggestions so that they can be incorporated to formulate a winning proposal.

There should be a connecting authority made which could keep a check on all the departments and make sure all the work is done in systematic order. e.g. If new road is to be made in any area then this authority should make sure that before the road is built the sewage, electricity, telephone or any other underground line should be set so that later there is no damage to the road and if any authority does any unnecessary damage to the road later then they should be fined. #Lucknow

To ensure that the city is served by an efficient sewerage system, that there is an organised solid waste management system including sanitary disposal, the people have access to hygienic public conveniences and Haider Canal is well maintained.

cycle track should with all road that promote good health and welth. as it can be used for walking , cycling , minimize chain snatching when you walked with in it.

For smart waste management for lucknow # Introduce recycle process for solid waste management and decrease unrecyclable solid waste. # Make more public toilets and display their location by sign boards on road so people find them easily. # Make closed drainage system in streets and on roads for sewage. # Keep dustbin in colony, on roads and public places.

a committee should be constitute of road department, electric department and police, doctor as well as nagar nigam etc for the development of city.where DM (district Magistrate ) should less intereferred as he in not well perfect but only perfect

For smart lucknow * Promote e-governence and give information about them to the people. * Make public transport system like buses and others GPS enabled for better security and convenience and display their the route, time table, and location on bus stations. * In government hospitals provide foods for a admitted person and his one caretaker. * Make all in one service centre for small government issue. * Promote computerisation and remove corruption from government offices.

the smart city development should be on atomic based as there is proton and neutron in the nucleus and all electron revolve around it , similarly Vidhansabha and and secretariat in the middle of the city and all Govt/PSU ofiice arround the city.

With so many monuments especially in the Qaiserbagh area I feel the urge to develop a common recreational area for connecting all the formats in form of a museum. I support Lucknow the art city transforms to a Smart city
