Our city “LUCKNOW” ranks 3rd on the list of 23 high scoring cities selected for the “FAST TRACK” round.

To update our proposal in order to achieve the benchmark set by the MoUD and the winning cities, we APPEAL THE CITIZENS to engage and provide their suggestions in formulation of the Smart City Proposal for our city Lucknow, which is due to be submitted on April 15, 2016.

In persuasion to achieve the aforesaid, Lucknow Municipal Corporation and the consultants are in the process of upgrading the Smart City Proposal in-line with the requirements and suggestions from the citizens.

The Smart City proposal submitted to MoUD on December 15, 2015 can be accessed through the mentioned link below. Lucknow Municipal Corporation aims to engage citizens for comments and suggestions so that they can be incorporated to formulate a winning proposal.

With Lucknow carrying the tag of a heritage city with many historical and ancient monuments which attracts tourism. Being such a big host of art people it becomes important for the city to maintain such monuments.

We should help remove them and make our roads wider for traffic to be seamless and transportation/ travel/journey to be joyful.

I would suggest good care for such monuments and also look forward to having good sanitation arenas on the vicinity. Apart from this I look forwards to having good hospitality for the visitors. I support Art City to Smart city

No place for political rallies within city limits. All the political rallies should be held at locations on By-Pass roads so that the city does not get disturbed by it.

With the Gomti river front development happening near Gomti Nagar and surrounding areas I feel the urge to have the same replicated in the whole flow path of Gomti including Qaiserbagh area and further develop the same as recreational areas and wellness spots for people to take out some time and make a healthier start of life. This will help Lucknow flow towards becoming a Smart City.

In parallel of the vision of smart city population control is required with restrict and secular rule in national interest otherwise this smart vision also will collapses under the pressure of large population.

For plantation we use trees which have some additional benefits like they have some medicinal property or used as a fruit or good for human.
