Our city “LUCKNOW” ranks 3rd on the list of 23 high scoring cities selected for the “FAST TRACK” round.

To update our proposal in order to achieve the benchmark set by the MoUD and the winning cities, we APPEAL THE CITIZENS to engage and provide their suggestions in formulation of the Smart City Proposal for our city Lucknow, which is due to be submitted on April 15, 2016.

In persuasion to achieve the aforesaid, Lucknow Municipal Corporation and the consultants are in the process of upgrading the Smart City Proposal in-line with the requirements and suggestions from the citizens.

The Smart City proposal submitted to MoUD on December 15, 2015 can be accessed through the mentioned link below. Lucknow Municipal Corporation aims to engage citizens for comments and suggestions so that they can be incorporated to formulate a winning proposal.

Roads should be maintained throughout the year and not only when a VVIPs has to use the road. Now days it is noticed good roads are made and remade and poor roads become poorer. Things should be done in accordance to need not corruption. Road dividers are broken and remade then broken again and then remade.

smart city refers to clean cities and this is only possible when the citizens are aware and should keep their surroundings and near by areas clean and should dispose waste on their proper places.

AS WE HAVE HAVE BETTER CONNECTIVITY IN OUR CITY HEART HAZRATGANJ SO THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD ALSO PROPAGATE IT AT MANY PLACES NOT AT ONE

sincere effort should be made to augment public transport system in the city along with decongest of crowded public place such as railway station.

For me being Smart means being effective and efficient.There should be a web based Portal or App centrally connected with social platforms like WhatsApp and facebook.where users can get appointment for doctors in sarkari hospital,files complaint against traffic violations,paying various bills,tourism,filing online complaint with nagar nigam,etc. A central app is must.else we have best infrastructure,cheap public transport and everything in this city of Nawabs.

A perfect amalgamation of cultural & modern diversity, the city deserve to be listed among the Smart cities of India. I support this movement to make Lucknow - a art City to smart City.
