In order to extend the reach of secondary and higher secondary education, the provisions of RTE Act 2009 needs to be extended from 14 to 18 yrs. In order to make it easy for students to access schools, it is important to give transport facilities and ensure safety of students travelling. Rigorous investments in secondary and higher secondary schools to ensure quality education should be carried out by RMSA.

First of all, admission of more and more student primarily only for maintaining economic standards should be banned. Secondly over-crowding of the classes must be avoided as it will affect the learning tendencies of bright students.

Counseling of children and adults regarding female education and moral education is necessary. Special awareness programs exclusively for girls should be introduced at school level. Quality education should be available to every child.
