Regarding skill development : dear modi ji, India has thousands of engineering colleges.we have focused on quantity lately,but quality has remained out of the purview. I would like to attract your attention to this. Darjeeling is a very beautiful place somewhere hidden and neglected in a map of India. I would like to request to my government to study the needs and wants of this place. This place is desparate for your help.

Govt should announce a policy that any NGO or Corp who wish to establishes a social project in every district for example one unit of school or hospital or adarsh village, small food processing unit or skill training center in all district of India will be provided special assistance and incentives. For example if some NGO want to establish a school in one village in each dist can have their board and will get govt grant and other incentive. This can encourage grand social projects
