 NOT ONLY FOR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY KINDLY ISSUE THIS PROPER ACTION IN ANY COMMISION AGENTS BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY DEEP DEFERENCES BETWEEN THE AGENTS AND THEIR CLIENTS. SOMETIMES THE BENEFIT OF THIS DEFERENCES GOES TO THE AGENT AND SOMETIMES IT GOES TO THE CLIENTS. IT DEPENDS UPON THE WEALTH STATUS FROM VISE-VERSA. IN THIS FIELD THE RELATIONSHIP AND TRUST BETWEEN BOTH THE SIDES IS MOST MATTERABLE THING BECAUSE YOU CAN TOUCH THE LOWER MIDDLE CLASS TO VIP STATUS ALL MANKIND.

 SET THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR REAL ESTATE AGENT OR CONSULTANT FOR THE BETTER REAL ESTATE GROWTH IN INDIA.  IF POSSIBLE ISSUES SOME KIND OF COURSES OF CERTIFICATION OR DIPLOMA FOR REAL ESTATE AGENT OR CONSULTANTS. AFTER DOING THE CERTIFY COURSE THEN HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE A REAL ESTATE AGENT.

 MAKE SOME GOVERNMENT FORUM FOR DEALERS AUTHORISATION AND CHARGED THEM MONTHLY EXPENDITURE FEES FOR THE GOVERNMENT FORUM. AND ON THIS BEHALF THE FORUM PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES TO THE DEALERS OR BROKER TO SOLVE ALL LEGAL PROBLEMS IN DEALING FORM THE SIDE OF DEALER AND ALSO FIGHT BACK FOR THEM PROPERLY IN LEGAL WAY FOR GETTING THEIR PROPER SERVICE CHARGES.

 ALSO IN MANY CASES THE BUYER OR SELLER NOT PAY THEIR PROPER FEES TO DEALER OR BROKER AFTER COMPLETION THE DEALING AND THE DEALERS ARE FELLS BETRAYED AND THEY DON’T GET THEIR PROPER SERVICE CHARGES. ALSO IN MANY CASES THIS ISSUE RAISES THE MAXIMUM CONSEQUENCES OF CRIME.
