Before thinking of imparting new skills and rehabilitating manual scavenging, the alternative means of cleaning needs to be in place. Otherwise no scheme shall be successful as say person ''X" may be rehabilitated but then another person "Y" with no skill shall be doing the same job, defeating the vary objective. Mechanized cleaning should be introduced in a planned way, phase wise in each municipal ward wherein rehabilitation of the person displaced should be part of the whole programme.

Congress VP Rahul Gandhi with Digvijay Singh is not coming out with its own agenda to make people life better but is more busy with undoing the declarations made by NAMO like Cgarh hospital victim visit. Is there any advantage of beating the bush. The incident what happened has happened and you can only say sorry but present a better agenda for people that if you rule such incidents will not happen due to your better plans.

At least I have not seen any action on ground other than all politicians making photo session with sweeper like sweeps in hands for photo session. When the action on ground will take place. This is very important. Congress is busy to undo all the statements made by NAAMO.

There are nice intentions and declarations. But ground realities are different. Office people at lower offices are reaching late. There is no dustbin at ground to dispose off garbage. If one wish to have industrial licenses he needs to struggle earlier. To file FIR still remains a herculian task with common people. Hence there is a need to make local committees with effective people who will ensure action at ground and not only good talks which is happening now.

m waiting for ur reply it not possible to write every thing in only 500 words there r many problems ,;like power supply(which is only 8 hr a day out of 24 hr ,road ways (no road any way )super lane project still on paused mode yet since 1994 ...only in jharkhand from ranchi to bahragora. and many more ,,,,,,continuessssssss.......................................

As we all know that India is divided into two groups reserve and non-reserve .I m from Jharkhand and here is no seat for a general candidate to put his\her name in any election criteria.I m not giving you any idea regarding precaution of your mention areas of improvement as per my concerned only few days has been left to ensure the M.L.A election and the politician for the sake of getting vote they providing only tow hours power supply and rest the 22 hr no power supply this going on continue..

sory to say sir but it is realy shameful to watch our city in a very worst condition,the politician are sucking our city like a vampire and this political parties scavenging the whole state.Most of the minerals are have been found in our state than also we are in list of backward state as you also know the most expensive Chief Minister Mr. Madhu khoda has is also from jharkhand so you know better how wealth is our resources are but than also here is nothing like we call infrastructure continue..

In urban India - Government has to use GRP ( a kind of plastic) pipe lines. Cleaning of the sewerage pipeline can be mechanised by a process called Pipeline Pigging, whcih is already being used by Oil Companies of India. In this method Man need not enter sewerage lines, a mechanical device called Pig can clean pipeline of any length. For Rural India, Instead of open defecating a movable toilet enclosure can be used & pit can be dug every time & closed with sand after using which will be manure

Dear Sir, I want to share my suggested for education department, Sir I belong from Uttrakhand so I am sharing government School education problem about teaching. Sir in hill area teacher are very few as per School students theirfore teachers are busy on election duty, i.e. Voterid preparation etc, so whole yrs they are busy on another task only which is not related for education. My request you Sir please arrange to stop teachers duty on any other purpose, so they can focus on students study.
