We have to impart training to Beggers ..we can use them under swatch bharath Intiative..Train them so as to keep the cities clean..allow them to collect fines from voilaters who ever litter Garbage on the Roads,we can use them to collect fines frm voilators of cigratte smoking in public places,urinals in public places ,indiscriminate use of plastics..give them 10 % of fine collecting amount

Respected PM Sir, If any unforeseen war situation occurs at the border with PAK like that when LB sastry was PM. If India retaliate, capture and annex the Pak occupied Kashmir(POK). Then to make the POK immune from Article 370, POK may be made a newly formed state with suitable constitutional amendment.
