Farmers & industrialists keep crying shortage of labor ( after MNREGA kept them back at their homes). on other hand thousands r begging at every temple, in every market, crossing. Why this mismatch? - Ban Begging strictly, Train them in something, rehabilitate either in small self employed jobs or in factories. They can be the unskilled labor.

Such children should be separated from their so called guardian/parents to discourage this trend and should be rehabilitated by govt.
