WE SEE HUGE GAP BETWEEN OPPOTUNITIES & CAPABOLITIES. GOVT. SHOULD HEAR PEOPLES SUGGESTIONS BEFORE THEY ARE FORCED FOR COMPLAINTS. i.e. to deliver before expectations.

beggers should be connected under shram mantrala @ giving them them employment with daily wages. govt has huge scopes for labour employment in the feilds of infrstucture,irrigation, WASTE MANAGEMENT, recycling of used water for agriculture, maintaince of roads, vehicles, public properties, seosal small scale industries like festival garlands making, etc.

I am sorry to ask this question here but could please anyone tell me how to start a discussion or whom to complain about wrong system in railway reservation.

If every hand gets work then there will not be any begger...

Government have to construct rehabitation centers and form committes in each district to look after the beggers.The committe must consist of NGOs,Colector and Central Govt representative.There shouldbe proper auditing.Other than Govt. money let the people donate money.In course of time we can give work based training to some of the beggers.

We can eliminate it through Education with hostel facility upto age of 21. Above this age we can eliminate bagging by Special/professional/ Agriculture training to earn money for their daily use as per their age group. All these can be shifted to new towns/ cities developed at non-fertile land like Rajsthan, Jharkhand, MP etc. Provide insurance cover and medical facility free of cost to all those for developing proud in social life and work culture.

Respected PM, So many beggars wait in city till the shops are closed to put their bed and to sleep. Beggars are accustomed for easy living with out seeing sweat. Our PM said to see sweat 4 times in a day. Very good. Some easy works like manufacturing match boxes, Agarabatti, naphaline balls,etc are to be alloted with one week training. This improves economy of our country.in long run. However aged handicap beggars may be taken care with Govt only.

It is very good that we have at least a second to think about them in this busy world. Self respect, employment and Money can help them to come out of the poor condition of begging.

Poverty which is soul reason for the state of begging. The beggars must be organized in order to give them the awareness of shameful condition. We can not blame them for they are not in a good position to acquire what we have. Let us give them the hope for living in this costliest world by employing them in a small work which would generate a small income for them. Only money can give them the confidence and pride of living in this world as everybody.

"Throwing oneself under the feet of another men" is worst condition which a human being dignified by the birth into human kingdom should not have. Every being on this earth have the rights to live with self dignity and self respect. As the grandsons of "Thandhai Periyar" E.V. Ramasamy we must be familiar with his philosophy of self respect and dignity. As sensible human being we need to respect not for somebody is wealthier than others or powerful, but because everybody is the creation of God.
