In order to equip them to look after their needs, it is necessary to impart skills to them. Most of them are unskilled and this makes their rehabilitation in alternative occupations very challenging.

What are the ways in which beggars/ destitutes can be skilled and gainfully employed so that they do not return to begging?

Participants may share success stories, as they may be aware of.

Last date for sending your suggestions is 18th November, 2014.

First and foremost important thing is to find out their numbers. I mean, we need to do survey about how many to be considered as beggars and how they are spread over our Geographic region. The that information can be used to rehabilitate them in effective way. Also this is the duty of society to come up with the solution. Together we can change the things and achieve the miracles. As the TEAM is nothing but Together Everyone Achieves Miracles. So lets come together and eradicate the problem.

Mafia that creates and controls beggars must be punished. Government may use Police forces to find and destroy these kinds of mafias. Building rehabilitation centers and including them in job guarantee scheme may work. Looking after those who are not able to work should be responsibility of other people in the rehabilitation centers.

I live in Gandhiji's birthplace, Porbandar, Gujarat. Recently, L and T has taken up the sewage and water works all over the town. the roads are dug up and there is no advance notice to the public regarding the areas that will be inconvenienced. There should be some place where the haphazardly ongoing project blueprints and information are available.

1. High penalty for all those who are giving money to beggers, especially on Traffic-Lights. 2. Beggers holding unconcious babies in hands should be punished. 3. Penalise the location law enforcement agency for not follwoing the law. No accountability exists.

Respected Modi Ji- Regarding development of smart cities- we have a inherent fault in our city design that they are designed to sprawl , a city which is designed to sprawl can never be smart , a city designed to rise will always be smart . we need to make major changes in our legislation to build smarter city and we need to start from scratch. If given chance i would submit a brief report regarding the basic ideology for developing such smart cities.

Few tactical and one fundamental step. 1. Go all out on nexus 2. Easy Rehab / adoption policy (may be under supervision of ex army staff). 3 awareness for people who give money. FUNDAMENTAL :- Constititional rights for "unborn / unconcieved child" .. if family / society / nation amd earth are even ready to welcome the child ? And this wl be true to our civilizational essence too.. "parenthood dharma"..

Respected Sir wasting no more time i would like to discuss the root cause of all the problem: we are facing several crisis including provision of basic amenities to the masses, energy , heath care, jobs and a lot more. All the govt.s has done a lot to solve each problem but situation are getting worse day by day. If we analyze the problem each has a direct relation ship with one common factor i.e Population.
