I fail to understand why our people beg when rice or wheat is supplied art one rupee a kilo? Is it a cultural shame?

Child begging will be abolished once the Juvenile justice and rehabilitation of Child Act is passed in parliament .the gang that engages children to beg in streets or trains will be punished suitably. All such abandoned children must be taken to rescue homes and given all that is needed for a child to grow.

In case the begger has no support or children to take care , old age homes must be created in each panchayats to take care of these helpless people.free food and clothing and medicines must be provided to them.

It will be good if we collect details of permanent address of all beggers and send them back to their respective homes and warn their sons or daughters to provide them good food and treatment.For any parents begging in old age , the son or daughter in law should be punished.Law must be enacted to give double punishment to the daughter-in-law for compelling the aged parent-in -laws to beg or torturing them.

I interacted with one such eunuch beggar who collected minimum 200 rupees from one compartment.I came to know that their daily individual income is in thousands. Can you rehabilitate them?

Any one who travels in a train can get a clear picture of begging rather forced dan by eunuch. it is disgusting to see them forcing people to part with minimum ten rupees notes. ghastly indeed. but it is our culture.Shame on us.

Some people love begging because they are not required to work at the same time get food.It is our religious practice or say blind belief to honour the demands ofbeggers at our doors.begging has become a easy way to earn food. this must stop.

A fund should be created , wherein hni's contribute 1% of their earning. Through this money beggars can be given homes , treatment at hospitals and necessary amenities.also jobs at various factories/ government jobs. To reward hni's for contributing to the fund , government can give them rebate/concession , reward them this way they will help in future as well. It is important we take care of beggars and tear them right we need to take country forward and with every person we can achieve it
