My views: 1. There should be some stricter laws for police, as there are in other countries. Police should be afraid that if they do something wrong, they can be get fired, not suspended. Common/poor people are afraid of approaching police. Their wealth should be monitored 2. make sure while constructing a house people/ builders follow local corporation rules. If any engineer sanction any plans which are illegal, he should be fired.In Belgaum builders have constructed apartments illegally.

Important :- we have to educate our Indian construction or other industrial manpower to get better labour wages from his employer and i'm sure it is not costly.

they can be employed under the development bodies under every municipal bodies so that there condition can be developed as they are devoid of any primary level education they can be provided with basic knowledge and national plan started by our honorable they can be secured from harassment of any type.

Every state should create a art and handicraft center and employee all beggars to work there for free. The word "poor India" will get to an end and foreigners will visit India with a rich mind. The arts and handicrafts made by these beggars will get sold so that a return to help their livelihood will be earned. those handicrafts can also be exported to foreign countries for millions of dollars.

The quantity of beggars in each town is approximate maximum 2 % of population. If we own the beggars in our town or in our area and with public contribution, we help them in starting some work opportunities. Government can also help by starting Junka Bhaker kendra or pani pyaues. Also we can involved in swach bhart abhiyan and create some work.

for rehabilitation of beggars the best way is open a govt. complex where there will be school for their children and parents of the children will work their and promote make in india by ,making small products like pot making stiching carpentering etc. and at night they all will sleep at the same place by this they will attend school without miss and beggers will also work their by this we can cover 4 problems at once of beggers these r 1-education 2- rehabiliation 3-workforce 4- make in india

i think we should start our work from the railway stations .there is lot of beggars . by doing this we can do 2 things 1--- we can overcome the quantities of beggars. 2-- we can reduce the dirt of railway and unnecessary element from the station as well as beggars also. what is my plan to do this.............. 1--- i think every collage of that area hire one station for the study of poor children. and hospitals should take important roll for the health of poor people.

Small skill development is the only way to rehabilitate beggars.
