The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the selection of the Area Based Development and Pan City with the overall draft Smart City Proposal so that it will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your participation is important for us!

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

For a better understanding, a draft Smart City Proposal is attached which explains the Area Based Development and Pan City initiatives, which has been shared at the link given below.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – “a Credible Smart City”.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 28th February, 2017.

As per my view Smart City should be better and smart in every sector. Better and smart service, smart connectivity, smart mobility and smart delivery.

even though Police commissioner sir circular for No band or loud speaker noise after 9:30 pm, Marriage band with high speaker noise pollution is going on regularly on Pasighat roads till late midnight( till 12.01 am). This nuisance should be solved by Police..

The Smart city should have Parking Tower it should be constructed by using new technology it will resolve the parking problem for city, Junctions. Even it can have Car Wash System and Maintenance Department for Cars.

Smart city should have smart building, Complex & smart infrastructures. The energy should be provided form geothermal power from which is renewal energy from earth. All the flats should be connected with optic fiber & with internet connection & should be interlinked with each flat with video door camera. Waste should be collected by underground gas system. WiFi connective in complex. Free WiFi services.
