The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the selection of the Area Based Development and Pan City with the overall draft Smart City Proposal so that it will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your participation is important for us!

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

For a better understanding, a draft Smart City Proposal is attached which explains the Area Based Development and Pan City initiatives, which has been shared at the link given below.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – “a Credible Smart City”.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 28th February, 2017.

Now a days after VKV private affiliated schools are used to pay the salary in cheque mode but the management demands the signed two blank cheques from working teachers. Where it will be used and why I don't know but expert can guess where it will go. You can find such facts in Pasighat etc. So it is the need to take action.

Human waste can be used to generate Energy. Yes the Human urine can be used to generate energy. Government should use this to generate energy. Billions of people are using the technique to generate it.

Pasighat City should be declared as a SMART CITY because it's known as the commercial city of Arunachal Pradeshb where there are many Forest,Plain Area.As well as Pasighat City is located in the border of China and Myanmar and can be connected to South-East Asia.It has the Tourism Forest.

This is a great Initiative by the digital wing of Arunachal Pradesh Government. Following is the SWOT analysis of Smart City Pasighat. Strength - Natural Heritage Weakness - Connectivity. Opportunity - Tourism. Threat - Other places of Arunachal Pradesh being more attractive than Pasighat. Lots of love and best wishes.

Govt has in place bodies (DoNER) and several initiatives (like Make in NE) to develop NE.Infrastructure sufficiently available WEAKNESS Brain Drain - Lack of Educational Institutes and Employment Opportunities. Settlement to metro cities or abroad OPPORTUNITY India has much lower median age than China or US. And among the NE states, Arunachal Pradesh has the highest ratio of citizens in the 15-59 age group THREAT Threat of Corruption, Terrorism and Inactivity.
