Jaipur Municipal Corporation has received overwhelming response from its citizen in smart city suggestions and ideas to improve their city under Smart City Challenge.

As part of citizen engagement & consultation process (for preparation of Smart City Proposal) Jaipur Municipal Corporation organized a wide range of activities - e.g. Ward level consultations, Stakeholders Consultations, Blog writing competition, Logo making competition etc starting from 1stOct 2015 to 30th Nov 2015. Apart from this, other social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Nagar nigam Website, Smart City Website) used to reach citizens.

Citizen interactions, expert opinions, and deliberations by departments have all contributed to developing this Smart City Proposal. Before the proposal is submitted to MoUD for its kind consideration, all citizens of the city are invited to give their feedback on the proposal developed.

There is no drainage ,we have been taking initiative on our level,but as there is not cut for diverting the water ,the result is that the water overflows on the road.

If any problem in any ward area, like this...damage road, fuse road light, civer jam etc. Must be short out in limited period . Mostly people say that Nigam does not solve the common problem. So we will change this mentality. When problems short out in 24 hour, one week...than become our city smart city. Proper Monitoring and accountability must be condition for this.

The roads has already been developed in above mentioned JDA approved colonies ,located on Ajmer Road ,behind Kamla Nehru Nagar.

Uma Colony ,Scheme 10 Keshopura,Nehru Nagar ,Maha Shakti Nagar,Panchwati colony,have been approved by the JDA in the year 2013.But Jain Vihar,Choudhary Colony,Sarita Vihar and Nehru Nagar Vistar is not yet approved .

When A person, A group and A government is prove itself the power of its is sufficient for parentsless and poors. Then this city make be smart city.

A city which is neat and clean is considered to be one of he best smart city. Currently we are using old aged methods of sending the trucks daily along with crane to collect garbage from road side. As a result on rainy days, that place stinks like anything.
