Jaipur Municipal Corporation has received overwhelming response from its citizen in smart city suggestions and ideas to improve their city under Smart City Challenge.

As part of citizen engagement & consultation process (for preparation of Smart City Proposal) Jaipur Municipal Corporation organized a wide range of activities - e.g. Ward level consultations, Stakeholders Consultations, Blog writing competition, Logo making competition etc starting from 1stOct 2015 to 30th Nov 2015. Apart from this, other social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Nagar nigam Website, Smart City Website) used to reach citizens.

Citizen interactions, expert opinions, and deliberations by departments have all contributed to developing this Smart City Proposal. Before the proposal is submitted to MoUD for its kind consideration, all citizens of the city are invited to give their feedback on the proposal developed.

For tourists a single e-entry pass to be introduced which should be valid on all the tourist sites in the city. The same could give access to them at these places without standing in long ques.

Water harvesting/storage takns in all the land pieces selected for green valley area on Delhi Road .It will help in water storage, growth of plants in green valley land plots and also motivate citizens to have these kind of water harvesting initiatives

If we want to make jaipur a smart city then firstone we want to remove streat dogs from road because when peoples are going on morning walk & evening walk then dogs are barking on peoples resulting peoples are afraid from streat dogs...

Our state is rich of Solar energy which we can utilized in different work like street lights and other to save electric energy

Hello Sir First I want thanks to government that he is doing some good decision in regarding smart city. Still there are few things need to improvement. 1.The waste collection door to door service is too good which unfortunately not started yet. Such services is very helpful to clean the city. 2.Lack of monitoring in interior colony whether cleaned or not.

City should be clean. Sewage system should be proper. There should not be any water logging. Not only on main roads but also in small streets and walled city.
