1). INTEND & INTEGRITY Most Important- Select such Govt Officials, Politicians, and make them part of committee- Filtered NOW. 2). What is unique in India - which the world does not HAVE ???? It is our sculpture, Handloom (like banarsi Saari), Jute, Bamboo.... Make expert in that area and supply to the world. Train selected youth like NSG Commandos in various fields like - Education, Technical, Games, Spirituals and Let them give the best to the World market with 6 bm people. e.g. YOur Spiritual meditation scholar should be reqeusted by US, UK, Russia - bcoz we have trained the best scholars, similarly Best Architect, counseller. The growth journey has been slow now hence India should tap the World Market like China. Also do justice to Youth by providing them job and opportunities

National Skill Development Agency must take into consideration that their skilled person should get some job in there trained skill(s) And if this agency is unable to mentor/ guide them to get some work, then the agency’s mission is not completed. Just certificates/ qualifications can’t buy them a bread ...they need work/job to earn money and fill their stomach and uplift their status.

There should be common exam. for all higher education degrees like 10th and 12th board. All exams must be mapped with NSQF levels All results should be in NAD.

National skill development agency should provide training in the local language where the training is being given. So that the knowledge of skill must be clearly understood.
