India is a big country with heterogeneous culture, community and standards along with regional disparities. skilling must be based on the fundamental factors such as geography of the region ,culture , employment rate, population , community type etc because providing skill or education means a means of earning as today we have a education system with fit for all approach and along with other factors this finally results in education mass but unemployement.

Urban children are getting better education than the rural children. If any private institutions want deemed University status, they should set up atleast one higher education facility in rural area. Many youngsters going for jobs like food delivery boys even after having a graduation, since they are not job ready. At end of graduation there should be an aptitude test and counciling and also a short training so that they will be job ready when they graduate.
