I feel the issue of illegal vendors in the Railways is being willfully neglected. This is causing revenue loss to the Railways indirectly as the contractors are bidding less due to less profitability. This is a big threat to the health of the public due to the substandard food products being vended and also has resulted and continues to cause security concerns as these vendors are also sometimes petty thieves and know the whereabouts of the security personnel on board or have set them up....

Near Railway station , there are bypass routes / shortcuts to reach platfom , which are created by commuters . Railway staion should be fenced in both direction about 500 mts , so that people will not use shotcuts through tracks. Fencing should be strictly maintained .

SIGNAL SYSTEM SHOULD BE ADVANCED ,, A SEPARATE ALTERNATIVE FOR TRESSPASSING IS BY MEANS OF SKYWALK OR SUBWAYS. EMERGENCY SERVICES INCASE UN INTENTIONALLY ACCIDENTS ON TRACK SPOT..

Many companies have come up with facilities for storing Umbilical Cords/Stem cell. There is practically no government control over how they function, how much they charge and their validation. It is claimed that these stem-cells can come useful after 20-30 years from time of storage. There is no guarantee that these companies will be there to answer after few decades. They charge nearly one Lakh Rs for storage. Government must exercise stricter controls over these companies.

This increase doesn't count much but yearly it will be too high to help in betterment of the ill health.
6. The vast surface of the rooftops can be used to harvest the solar energy.though a bit costly but one time investment. And also the problem of accidents at crossing can be prevented taking ideas from a SHOW SMASHLAB telecasted on NATIONAL GEOGRAPHY HD. If interested please contact me for the clip. at my email id.

4. re plan the routes . If much passengers are not plying the service , reduce the number of trains and increase the capacity of the remaining ,leads to greater efficiency.
5.Use anti collision devises that are already being used in mumbai metros , it will increase the speed and also reduce the accidents on same track.
just increase the ticket fare by only re.1 per ticket irrespective of distance covered.special discounts for 2 way journey or monthly pass holder. (refer the above post)

2. convert the traditional bulbs with LEDs . It will cost much less and greater lifetime
3. privatise the station maintainance. will ensure sanitation and also strict ticket checking. Also the station entrance should have facility same as in metros of automatic gates opening only after producing tickets. the tickets dont need to be hifi , just paste a barcoded sticker that the sensor senses at the gate .
