Dear sir,
Trespassing Is a failure of RPF and GRP . We have so many laws to prevent unauthorised crossing of passengers . Changing of plateform just before train arrival is main cause of trespassing . Too many stations have no over bridge on station . Old and insufficient over bridge on big stations are also main cause of trespassing . Lack of awareness among passengers may be minimise by awareness by poster, drama and other public awareness program .

I don't know my idea is useful or not but I want to suggest... Can we use small small windmill on Railway bogie... Railway can generate power itself if that possible

To some extent, the RPF in stations can curtain trespassing of passengers in the stations by imposing heavy penalties or putting them in jail for a day or two.

RAILWAY TRESSPASING IS ALS DONE BECAUSE OF NARROW & CONGESTED BRIDGE. example north side bound very narrow bridge of platform no.2 &3 at BORIVALI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA. Heavy crowd on this bridge during peak hours & arrival of trains during normal hours.

We need to educate people about safety and trespassing. At Railway Station we have read many times Trespassing is Punishable Offence but how much Punishment we have given till date.Rules are there but implementation is poor. As nobody have seen trespassing in DMRC . Why? Bcoz people fear of Fine and Punishment.

1.Electronic controlled barriers should be created in the areas where trespassing is frequent. It can be operated by station master of a near by station & he should be made accountable.

2.An underground passing area should be created in these areas where trespassing is frequent,as foot over bridge is not used by people because of its height.

Now coming to the point , i had travelled today with 22406 Garib rath ( 29th Jan), could you please point out why the delays happened ? There was no fog today so there should not be any force majoure. Is there any accountability fixed as of now? What is the status station wise delay even before entering into platform? So what makes it difference for having such a dynamic leader like you leading the railway from front? You know how much man hour getting wasted due to this delay?

Dear Mr. Prabhu,
I have seen your interview on AAJ TAK few days back and from that day i was thinking to write you coz i was having very high expectation but the way you presented yourselves on Mughal sarai issue , i became nervous that whether Mr. PM took right decision ?
Frankly i am PRO BJP and its in my blood but in spite of that i felt very bad that you are helpless and struggling with the poor condition of railway.
