Indian railways should focus on providing safe and secured journey & also help us to reach our destination in time. Improper scheduling of trains should be regulated. People usually carry luggages, fight for seats , & they rush to catch train so they are trespassing. RPF ( railway protection force ) should work to control this. RPF conistable should be present in every compartment & ensure that girls are not ragged, other things should be under control.Hope that day comes wr citizens feel happy

Online booking of local tickets will be so difficult for common man......because enough travel agencies and ticketting agents are already available in this country to make travel life difficult for a common man.

continued on next post

Recently near my village 17 person died during crossing a no man railway crossing by van.Out of them many are children who were going to see a fair near village. Before paper planning of bullet trains or high speed metros ,we have to make the journey of people and for people safe.Really we have to overcome on the accidents and step out for measure decisions like there should be no no man crossing, it doesn't matter what is the traffic density for the route .

The Indian railways are one of the cheapest modes of transport in the world. Can the government rationalise fares and make them dynamic based on demand? Also introduce more frequent traveller programmes and loyalty bonuses to wean them away from buses.
