Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

sabse badi problem t.t. check nahi karte he or check karne ke baad unse riswat lete he train ki ticket ko bhi aadhr card se attched karyie ya phir finger print scanner se ise se crouption bahu bache ga or t.t. ki riswat bhi

Avoid last moment platform decision At station like bhusaval platforms must be announced at least two hours before the ctual arfival of train Built sufficient amount of overbridge and ramps at sufficient height and idle footsteps

sir agar chalti train me kuch issue hota hai to yatri train ki dor kich dete hai chahe train ki raftar 200 ho ya jyada jis karan bada hadsa hone ki sambabna hoti hai ,,agar ham bahi bor dor ki jagah koi darict alram system chalu kar jo drivar se cannect ho or baha ,,,ya to cctv me cheak kar train roke ya yatriyo se bat kar ,,

Sir to solve the problem of trespassing by a mechanism.we provide the mechanism like pressing.when train at half an kilometer away from the station this mechanism will be activate by the weight of engine of train.

Respected Sir , It is request To Increase the coach of general passenger because very crowed in general coach .Passenger do not went to toilet because of huge amount of people would travel in general coach.

मेरा सभी देस वासीयो से अनुरोध है की हामारे ड्रीम प्रॉजेक्ट: 1. यमनोत्रि तक रेल लाइन को अपना समर्थन दे कर इसके निर्माण मे भागीदार बने. 2. देहरादून- विकासनगर- पॅवंटा साहब- चंडीगद रेल लाइन भी आपके समर्थन से ही मुमकिन है. 3. सहारनपुर- बादसाही बाग - हर्बट पूर कालसी रेल लाइन के लिए भी आप लोगो का समर्थन अपेक्च्छनीय है. यह बिडमबना है की जब लोगो से हम रेल के बारे मे बात करते है तो लोगो को ए सब कोरा सपना लगता है. आप सभी को उत्तराखंड त्रासदी तो याद होगी, क्या आप चा हते है की उत्तराखंड मे भी सुगम यातायात हो

Currently there is no tracking system is available for parcel services. They are giving one receipt when registering and the same to be hand over while receiving the parcel. But we don't know when they are sending our parcel. every day we need to visit the receiving station and check our parcel. If we make some delay we need pay fine of 10 rupees / hour. To manage this please provide online tracking system for parcel services.Like the way the private parcel service people are doing.

modi ji physically handicapped ka coach train ke middle me hona chahiye because ye knowedge nahi hoti ki ph ka coach train ke front me hai ya back me. isse unhe bahut pareshani ka samna karna padta hai. PH ka reservation online and Tatkal me bhi start hona chahiye .
