 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Train Accidents occur at LEVEL CROSSINGS with out GATE. If Railway department provides signalling system at level crossing, that will stop the accidents at level crossing. It is observed that drivers will talk over phone while driving which is dangerous to his life & passengers also. To save water at urinal point, we will use infra red rays and control system. The same technique with GPS or optical wire network at LEVEL CROSSINGs will reduce accidents.

Govt talks about youth power, most of youth engineers are unemployed, in this condition how youth can contribute in development of India. They should have chance to prove themselves. Having completion of B.E and M tech still I am taking coaching for satisfactory job , isn't it really unfortunate. In this condition entire youth will be dejected if something good is not done for them in future. With all our hope I am writing my thoughts on behalf of all unemployed engineers. waiting for response.

The problem comes when I search for jobs in Internet and I do find nothing is available particularly for Electronics and Communication engineers. Dear sir during election I enthusiastically participated in election and inspired others for voting through SMS, and social networking websites thinking that at least now we will get job. But the problem has not been resolved so for. there are lakhs of engineers are unemployed who can contribute in development of India if they get a job.

Dear sir, every govt talks about poverty but nobody talks about poverty of Engineers. Engineers are more poorer then any other poor. Having spent 4 years and 5 lakh ruppees we have nothing in our hand. this not a problem of individuals but a problem of majority of engineers. even after completion of B.Tech of four more years nobody is in good position. I am 27 year old completed my BE and M.tech from VNIT Nagpur, still struggling for job. I would like to ask who is doing what for all engineers.

हैलो सर, अगर रेलवे के स्टेशनों को मेट्रों के स्टेशनों की तरह बना दिया जाए तो ना कोई बिना टिकट नहीं जा सकता है।

Dear sir, Hame Reservation confirm chahiye uske liye sarkaar kya kar sakati hai, mere gain ka ticket rs.450/- hai agar Rs.600/- tak leke kar bhi confirm reservation mil jaaye to public khush ho jayegi, rahi baat train ki to Agent ko session mai on 500/- se 1000/ dene achha direct govt ko on Rs. 500/- deke ke confirm ticket mile. lekin reservation counter per full dikhane walla Railway Dept Agent ke trrough confirm Ticket Milta hai or on 500/- se 100/- dena padata hai hai kaha corruption kam huva batao

Hello Sir, one point i want to raise that day by day fair of rail is increasing and if you will see any train for making reservation for ticket, ticket will be in waiting . although government say that railway is in loses. i want to ask HOW IT IS POSSIBLE. WE have world largest railway network, although rail is not earning lots of income. WHY? Because, management in the railway is not being done properly and efficiently. think On this sir, We can make lots of money from railway.

So many groups have been created. Surprised to see that there is no mention of POLICE REFORMS. Still we have the colonial police concept. Britishers created Police to rule the country. Congress stepped into the shoes of the British and realised that colonial police law can be used to help fulfill their political ambitions and hence never thought of making Police to serve & help the people. IT IS THE HIGH TIME, Modiji, please not follow the present British Police System...

1. Increase bridges with local government with escalators (speed matters) 2. Imprisonment or heavy fine when got caught- 3, Coordination with Drivers, Gangmen, Railway Guards, signalmen ,with Local govt and Poice , CCTV and Fast Action Force and Loud speakers. 4. Establishment of Watch Towers with more responsibilities on this,
